What Kroen needed

Kroen came to Hook and Eye UK with a clear vision: create premium, fashion-forward tracksuits that stood out in a highly competitive UK streetwear market — without compromising on fit, quality, or production standards.

The challenge was delivering technically advanced garments that balanced luxury aesthetics with commercial wearability. The brand wanted elevated silhouettes, custom panel construction, premium fabrics and detailed finishing across multiple tracksuit styles.

At the same time, they needed a manufacturing partner capable of handling complex tech packs, precision sampling, and scalable bulk production while maintaining consistency across every garment.

  • Technical Design & Tech Packs

    We supported the development of detailed tech packs for Kroen’s tracksuits, ensuring every garment specification was production-ready before sampling began.

    This included:

    • Complex pattern cutting and grading
    • Panel construction manufacturing guidance
    • Stitching and seam specifications
    • Fabric and GSM recommendations
    • Fabric and trim sourcing
    • Print and embroidery positioning
    • Wash and finishing guidance

    Because the designs were highly detailed, precision in the tech packing
    stage was critical to achieving the intended fit and premium finish.

  • Sampling & Product Development

    Our team developed multiple sample rounds to refine:

    • Fit and silhouette
    • Fabric behaviour
    • Structure and comfort
    • Construction techniques
    • Overall garment balance

    The tracksuits featured some of the most complex construction work we’ve produced for a UK streetwear brand, requiring careful attention to panel execution, shape retention, and luxury finishing details.

    Each revision was collaboratively refined with the Kroen team until every garment met the required standard.

  • Bulk Manufacturing

    Once approved, Hook and Eye UK managed the full bulk manufacturing process.

    Our reporting system oversaw:

What Kroen said

At KROEN we have been working with Hook and Eye for almost 3 years now, getting help on specific items and releases which we felt needed a more hands development approach to achieve the results we desired. From the off we were not disappointed, giving us all the tools we needed to get complex products through sampling with minimal time and money wastage.
